We’ve just received the results of our 2022 customer feedback survey, and we’re extremely proud of the results.
At 97.4%, this has been the highest ever score that we’ve achieved from our annual surveys.
In fact, 100% of respondents said that they would recommend Shed Grounds Maintenance.
The main areas that respondents commented on were our reliability, professionalism, approachability, speed of response and communication.

We were also delighted to see that our operations and support teams both scored 99%, with these consistently high scores being accompanied with some very positive personal comments.
