We’ve just received the results of our 2022 customer feedback survey, and we’re extremely proud of the results.
At 97.4%, this has been the highest ever score that we’ve achieved from our annual surveys.
In fact, 100% of respondents said that they would recommend Shed Grounds Maintenance.
The main areas that respondents commented on were our reliability, professionalism, approachability, speed of response and communication.
“Shed’s team are so approachable and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciate. In addition, the quality of their quotations and other contract documents are always very professional and of a consistently high quality.”

We were also delighted to see that our operations and support teams both scored 99%, with these consistently high scores being accompanied with some very positive personal comments.
“The lads who helped with the recent memorial work were fantastic – throughout their time on site, they were very sensitive to visiting family members. The families were touched by their thoughtfulness.”
This wealth of positive feedback reflects our company ethos, and our ongoing commitment to deliver a personable, reactive and reliable service.
