From little acorns...
Our story starts back with Peter, our Managing Director - one man and a van back with a passion for horticulture. After working in the industry for many years, Peter had a vision to set up a different type of grounds maintenance company, one that put service quality and customer care first. And so in 2003 Shed was born.
From those small beginnings, Shed now services clients nationwide from multiple depots up and down the country. Caring for contracts of all sizes, from small individual sites to clients with extensive multi-site portfolios.

After more than two decades, Shed now proudly manage and maintain over 300 sites across the UK! It's heartening to note that many of our first clients are still with us today. Their unwavering loyalty holds immense value for us, and we take pride in being acknowledged with multiple awards for our commitment to customer quality and care.
Under Peter's leadership, we've cultivated a dedicated team of exceptionally talented individuals, with a wealth of experience in the trade. Each team member shares the same level of passion and determination that drives our founder.
While our story may have only started small, we are ever growing at a fast, exciting pace. Like the small acorn growing into a mighty oak, we continue to expand and evolve. We are grateful for the journey so far and look forward to reaching new heights in the future.
