We are delighted to announce that Craig Clapperton, formerly Business Development Manager, has been promoted to Operations Manager with Shed.
Craig moved into his new role in January and has taken over the coordination of the operational side of the business to ensure that all runs smoothly.
Working closely alongside Dan Booth, our Operations Supervisor, they manage our team of foremen and operators, coordinate visit schedules, and manage the purchasing and maintenance of all machinery, vehicles and equipment to ensure we continue to deliver a reliable and quality service for our customers.
Craig started life as a butcher then moved into horticulture 23 years ago. Since then, he has progressed his career from the working ‘on the tools’ into management.
His role also involves liaising with clients, performing quality audits to ensure we deliver high standards, pricing any additional works required, and coordinating projects.
Peter Botham, Shed’s Managing Director, has expressed his pleasure at the appointment:
